What is your return policy?
Please email us at hello@variationhaus.com to request for a return. The refund request window is 30 days from when your order was placed. We’re confident in our products so regardless of your reason, it will get approved. After approval, we’ll send over your return label - free of charge! To expedite the approval process, please include your order number, the reason for the return, photo of the socks, and your name, shipping address, and email/phone number that was used to place the order. You should receive your refund 5-7 business days after we receive your order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a response.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 24-48 business hours for order processing. You should receive your order within 4-8 business days. We’ll send you updates along the way! <3
How can I cancel my order?
Please email us at hello@variationhaus.com to request for a cancellation. Cancellations can only occur when your order is still in the processing stage. If your cancellation request has been denied, please submit a refund request when you receive your order.
What materials are the socks made of?
Our socks are very breathable, stretchable, and comfortable! They are 80% cotton, 18% polyester, and 2% spandex. We use silicone grip to provide maximum grip support!
I want my socks to stay in the best condition. Any tips?
Please wash inside out in cold water and air dry for best results. Store the socks in a cool area for storage. Do NOT iron.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 6:30pm (PDT/PST).
